Delivery Policy

1.Shipping Coverage 

We ship to Hong Kong and selected international locations.



2.Processing, Delivery & Risk

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within approximately 3–5 business days.

2.2 Delivery Estimates

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, logistics, or other external factors are outside our control and we are not liable for such delays.

2.3 Risk Transfer 

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer once the courier marks the shipment as delivered.

2.4 Inspection & Damage Claims

Claims for visible damage or defective items upon arrival must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Late or incomplete claims may be rejected at our sole discretion.

2.5 Uncollected Parcels

Any costs arising from failed delivery attempts, incorrect delivery information, refused parcels, or overdue collection are borne by the customer.



3.Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes 

3.1 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. 

3.2 DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid

International shipments are sent DDU. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance charges.

3.3 Exchange Rates & Bank Charges

Any FX differences, credit card fees, or bank charges are the customer's responsibility.



4.Customs, Refusals & Undeliverable Shipments

4.1 Accuracy of Delivery Information

Customers must ensure all delivery information is accurate.

4.2 Customs Actions & Non-Delivery

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, held,returned, or destroyed by customs or the courier due to regulatory issues,incorrect address, refusal, or other reasons outside our control, no refund or replacement will be provided, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

4.3 Import Restrictions

Some countries restrict food, fragrance, oils,herbs, and similar categories. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import laws.



RETURNS POLICY 

5.Returns & Refunds (Non-EU/UK)

5.1 No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

5.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

Only defective or incorrectly delivered items may be reviewed. Customers must report such issues within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

5.3 Verification Required

Refunds or replacements will only be arranged after we verify that the claim is valid.

5.4 Returned Goods (If Requested)

If we request the item back, it must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.

5.5 Non-Refundable Charges

Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, or third-party charges are non-refundable.



6. EU/UK Returns (Cooling-off)

6.1 14-Day Withdrawal Right (Non-Hygiene Items Only)

6.2 Customer Pays Return Shipping (Unless Defective)

6.3 Hygiene Exceptions (Strict)

No returns for opened food, fragrance, oils,wellness consumables, or custom products.

6.4 Notification & Deadline

Customers must email us and return goods within 14 days.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

Includes but not limited to: • Opened food• Opened fragrance, oils, wellness consumables• User-damaged items •Non-returnable, Clearance, Final sale items• Gift cards

 

8. Disclaimer & Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to "Force Majeure" events (including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention,strikes, customs detention, or pandemics).



9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of any dispute, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
