1.2 By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers,
vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
1.3 Capacity: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
2. Products &“Hand Crafted”Disclaimer
2.1 Artisanal Nature
Our products, including but not limited to the “Taste” collection (such as Smoked Salts), are artisanal,small-batch, and handcrafted, and may contain natural ingredients.
Due to the inherent nature of handcrafted production and natural materials, variations in colour, aroma, texture,granularity, weight, appearance, packaging, and finish are normal, expected,and unavoidable, and do not affect product safety or usability.
Such variations do not constitute defects,faults, damage, non-conformity, or misrepresentation, and shall not give rise to any right of return, refund, replacement, or compensation.
2.2 Product Images Disclaimer :
Product images on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly due to lighting, screen display settings, and the artisanal nature of the goods.
2.3 Food Safety & Allergens
Consumers are responsible for proper storage and understanding allergen risks. Allergens: While we take precautions, our products are processed in facilities that may handle nuts, soy, dairy, gluten,and other allergens. Customers with severe allergies purchase and consume at their own risk.
2.4 Sensory Categories
In addition to Taste, we may sell products in Scent, Touch, Sight, Sound and Wellness categories. Variations in scent intensity, texture, sound quality, tactile feel, or visual characteristics shall not be treated as defects.
2.5 Non-Medical Disclaimer
All Wellness and sensory products are non-medical. No therapeutic out come is promised.
2.6 Scent & Diffuser Safety
All scent products must be used strictly per instructions and at your own risk. Sensitive individuals are responsible for consulting professionals before use.
2.7 Children, Pets & Heat Safety
Products must be kept out of reach of children, pets, and away from heat sources.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
3.1 Invitation to Treat: The presentation of products on this website constitutes an
"invitation to treat" and not a binding offer to sell.
3.2 Order Process: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is
only formed when we dispatch the goods to you and send a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price, or suspicion of fraud.
3.3 Resale Prohibited: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service or products without express written permission by us. Unauthorized commercial resale of go.Sensss products is strictly prohibited to maintain brand integrity.
4. Price, Payment, and Import Duties (Global Sales)
4.1 Currency: Prices are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout (e.g., HKD/USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4.2 DDU Basis International orders ship under Delivered Duty Unpaid(DDU). All import taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

* The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, VAT, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.
* go.Sensss is not responsible for these charges. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
5. Delivery & Risk
5.1 Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes, carrier issues, or Force Majeure events.
5.2 Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order. Ownership of the products passes to you only when we receive full payment of all sums due, including delivery charges.
5.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control. No refund or compensation is required to be provided under such circumstances.
6. Returns & Refunds and Cooling -off Period
6.1 No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene, safety, and other policy reasons,we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, whether food or non-food. All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described in Clause 6.2 below (defective or incorrect products)or where otherwise required by applicable law.
The standard "cooling-off period"(right of withdrawal) applicable in some jurisdictions (e.g.,EU/UK) does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
6.2 Defective or Damaged Products
If any product you receive is defective,damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. To file a claim, please email us at support@gosensss.com and provide:
(i) your order number;
(ii) a description of the issue; and
(iii) clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Upon confirming that your claim is valid, we will arrange to send a replacement product or issue a refund to your original payment method.Claims made after the 7-day period or lacking the required evidence will not be accepted. No remedy (replacement or refund) will be provided if the product’s damage or defect is found to be caused by misuse, improper storage, or any cause occurring after delivery.
6.3 Consumer Cooling-off Rights (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer protected under EU/EEA or UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel the contract and return the products within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Unless the delivered product is defective, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will refund the product price and any standard shipping charges you paid (excluding any additional costs for expedited or
premium shipping options).
6.3.1 Statutory Exceptions to Return Rights
Please note that the above 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to certain products under applicable law. In particular,we will not accept returns of: (a) perishable or short-shelf-life goods (such as food or tea); (b) any sealed items which have been opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (for example, fragrance mists, body oils, or intimate apparel that has been unsealed); or (c) any custom-made or personalized items made to your specifications.
6.4 International Returns Customs restrictions may prevent returns. If goods are refused, unclaimed, blocked or destroyed, we have no obligation to resend, replace, or refund except where required by mandatory law.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 General Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, go.Sensss and its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special,exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, any of our products or Services.
7.2 Cap on Liability
Our total cumulative liability for any claim,whether in contract, tort, negligence, equity, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
7.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for any acts,omissions, errors, delays, or failures by any shipping carriers, customs authorities, payment processors, logistics partners, or third-party service providers used in connection with your order.
7.4 Misuse or Improper Storage
We shall not be liable for any damage,deterioration, adverse reaction, or safety issue arising from improper handling, misuse, modification, contamination, or incorrect storage of the product after delivery.
7.5 Sensory Variations
As our products are artisanal and sensory-based, we do not guarantee any particular taste, scent, intensity,smoke level, texture, or sensory experience. Natural variations between batches do not constitute defects and shall not be grounds for any claim.
7.6 Non-Excludable Rights
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability only to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law. All other warranties, conditions,representations, and liabilities are excluded or limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7.7 Acceptance of Risk
By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk, and that the exclusions and limitations set out in this Section 7 form an essential basis of our agreement with you.

8.1 User-submitted comments may be used by us without restriction.
8.2 You grant us a global, irrevocable,perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such content.
8.3 All website content belongs to go.Sensss. No copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or AI-training use is permitted without written consent.
